What services do you offer?

We offer professional cleaning services for homes, cottages, move in/out, post-reno, commercial and short-term rentals (Airbnbs).
Our services range from maintenance cleans to detailed and full-property care, with customizable add-ons to suit your needs.

What areas do you service?

We proudly serve the Muskoka & Almaguin Highlands area, including:
Huntsville, Novar, Emsdale, Kearney, Magnetawan, Burks Falls, Baysville, Dwight, Dorset, Sundridge, South River, and surrounding communities.

What are your rates?

Our services start at $45/hour with a 3-hour minimum.
Final pricing depends on the size of the property, condition, and level of service required.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes! We come fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning supplies and tools.

If you have specific product preferences, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate when possible.

Do you specialize in Airbnb or rental turnovers?

Yes—this is one of our specialties.

We treat every turnover like a deep clean, not just a quick reset. That means attention to details like cupboards, drawers, and high-touch areas to help you maintain 5-star reviews.

How long does a cleaning take?

It depends on the size and condition of the space.

For example:
A standard 3-bedroom home typically takes 3–4 hours for maintenance cleaning, while first-time or detailed cleans may take longer.

Do you offer laundry services?

We handle on-site laundry only.

We do not offer off-site laundry services, but we’re happy to work with your setup to keep turnovers running smoothly.

Do you charge extra for pets?

Yes, for rentals, a $50 pet fee applies when pets are present.

While we do our best, we cannot guarantee complete removal of all pet hair in a single visit—especially during quick turnovers.

Do you remove garbage?

We ask that garbage be removed prior to our arrival.

If large amounts are left behind, a $10 per bag fee may apply. Small amounts (like bathroom bins and random debris) are always included, but Large bags are charged out per bag.

Will you personally be the one cleaning?

Whenever possible, yes!

However, we do have a small, trusted team who are fully trained to meet our standards. This allows us to stay reliable and accommodate more clients.

Do you send photos after cleans?

Yes! We often provide photos for peace of mind.

These are meant to reassure you that everything is taken care of—not to highlight minor imperfections. We always aim for excellence and clear communication.

Do you offer additional services?

Yes! We offer add-ons such as:

  • Fridge & oven cleaning
  • Windows & tracks
  • BBQ, hot tub & sauna cleaning
  • Light outdoor maintenance
  • Supply restocking (in emergencies)
